GridAgents and Infotility Announce the Re-Branding of the Company as GridAgents, an Infotility, Inc. Company, Effective Immediately

GridAgents® Aligns Company Name with Widely Recognized GridAgents Software Products

Boulder, CO – December 1, 2006 – GridAgents, an Infotility, Inc. Company and leading provider of real-time Collaborative Stream Processing (CSP) software, today announced that the company’s has completed the re-branding of the company. Since being established in 2000, the company name has been Infotility, Inc., and provided several software releases called InfoNow™ as well as Demand Response Aggregation services. The current release of the CSP software, called the GridAgents Framework, involves the use of intelligent agent technologies. GridAgents Framework, Release 2 now in R&D and is based on SmartGrid initiative requirements sponsored by the DOE and ConEdison, a New York based electric utility. David Cohen, GridAgents CEO indicates that “GridAgents, aligns and focuses the company name with the CSP and utility SmartGrid markets, and allows for consistent messaging across the industry.” James McCray, GridAgents COO/CMO also announced that “GridAgents has completed the re-branding of all of our marketing materials, presentations, product naming, and our new web-site, www.gridagents.com, using the GridAgents trademark” However, GridAgents, will also continue to be incorporated as Infotility, Inc. for legal purposes, and will use the phrase, “GridAgents, an Infotility, Inc. Company” to clarify the corporate structure where necessary.
